This message is just a fake warning given by Internet Security 2010 when it terminates programs that may potentially remove it. I've tested this out, and it appears to be the case depending on which virus you are infected with—some of them are smarter and shut you down all the way. Once you have the log files ready, please let me know. It wasn't until I tried opening IE and chose the Diagnose link that it started working correctly.
