Internet Explorer Won't Open Windows 7

When starting ie, the window comes up, but in the top bar I get a "Not Responding" message and the window closes. unique info and content !!!!!!!!!!! all it does basically is (re)register some DLLs who are required by Internet Explorer.

If your Windows system does not have this environment variable, skip this step.Note: This is a troubleshooting step for this issue only. Thanks. Thu Oct 16, 05:55:00 AM KimmyKins said... Internet Explorer Not Opening In Windows 7 Wed Dec 25, 05:31:00 AM vette said...

If this doesn't resolve the problem, return the Data Execution Prevention settings to their previous settings.  Disable UAC. Internet Explorer Doesn't Open Outdated drivers sometimes cause ntdll.dll errors.  Test your memory for damage. If like me none of the above worked, you must try Kai Schätzl's delicious script.

I wonder why it isn't working.
