I've been searching everywhere to get IE fixed to no avail. I tried it in chrome and it works— meaning it works when CSS3 Transitions and :target is supported. I downloaded it, got after a couple tries I found the right button...little blind. and it works now ... Check This Out

omg - i can't believe this worked! Did more people use the DC Metro transit system on the day of Trump's inauguration than on the day of Obama's second inauguration (in 2013)? MS fixes didn't work, but fix 3 did it. To open IE without addon follow the steps: Click on Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons).
