I liked that Lipp and her friends called themselves "The Bad Moms Club." Are they bad moms?
First I had to be HONEST. I will be coming back to this book often, I will be keeping it on my desk to refer to it. Shows how you are not alone when dealing with issues involving your children. I still feel torn between my desire to protect my child from harm and my responsibility to teach her about consequences.
There are so many areas of a child's life that can go wrong along the way. More Help I originally received a free copy through Baker Publishing in exchange for a review but I have since purchased two more copies for two families who I feel could really use Ka “I need some help here” was a very good and informative book. No more does she feel frazzled and unsure how to handle each crisis with one of her children.

I also explained the situation to him and his response was so sweet and understanding. It seemed to me that Kathi Lipp covered so many difficult situations moms encounter.
Shows how you are not alone when dealing with issues involving your children. I have no idea how it passed on mine then. I am so thankful to see a book that helps move away from an expectation of "perfection", to help let go of controlling what we can not control. Kathi Lipp has clearly expressed how we must be dependent on God for our strength, and also be willing to accept wise counsel, and to seek help when we need it.
Without having to hide behind the wall of perfection...mother or child. I could not be at all events. Not giving my son a birthday party with his friends brought a weight of guilt and disappointment that was new and very uncomfortable for me, I felt like such a bad So where do you go when you need help?
You need to point them to God and help them grow their own relationship with Jesus Christ.
